Express In Home Delivery Info

Express In Home Delivery featuring FedEx Freight Direct Premium offers the fastest in-home delivery service for premium mattress & adjustable base sleep systems. Service includes delivery to any room of choice, with the option for packaging removal and/or orders requiring a 2-person delivery. Service does not include set up. Removal of old mattress is not available. After unpacking items, some set up may be required ie: putting legs on bases & plugging systems into power outlets. Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days for standard zones; remote zones may take longer. Deliveries are available Monday – Friday 8am -7pm with a 2-hour delivery window. Customers will receive communications from FedEx via email & text. Customers will also receive proactive notifications with an invitation to schedule their delivery appointment. The area where delivery is to be placed must be cleared. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly prior to signing Proof of Delivery. Note any damage or refusal if applicable. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee. While FedEx Freight Direct Premium services reach 90% of the continental U.S. population, the service may not be available in some remote areas.
